Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

After reading your FB posts on your race, I just thought I'd come to the nest to post that You Rock!! I didn't do the math, BUT YOU MUST HAVEBEEN WELL UNDER 9 MIN MILES!!! AMAZING, you would definitely kick my butt. Glad it went so well:)

ha ha ha! Thanks. I think my pace was 8:38ish or so. I was totally surprised I could keep up that pace for the whole race. It was amazing! It was such a great race! I never hit a wall, my breathing felt great the whole time, it just felt amazing. lol. i'll quit now, but i was really surprised at how good I felt.
My half is next month.. nervous about that..
