Are you picture people? If you had to...
...document your lives as a couple together through pictures, what would it look like?
As some of you know, my DH is Canadian and we are going to start the immigration process this summer. One of the requirements is that we submit pictures of ourselves together to establish a history.
Unfortunately, most of our pictures are like this:

Of course I was able to find some "normal" pictures, but the vast majority involve drinking and ridiculous faces.
Although these are fun, it really makes me wish we would have thought to break out the camera when we weren't drinking

OMG- your blog is too funny! I too agree, that you might want to find some more "normal" pictures. I guess you'll have to take a weekend and break out several outfits/hairstyles/locations, to get pics of you two doing "normal" couple things. Sounds like a wacky set-up for a sit-com (Episode name: "Our Life Together, in a Weekend."
Best of luck on his getting his green card- seriously!
DH said that maybe we could go to one of those "old time photo" places and see if they could go back 6 years as opposed to 100. I think I'd need some botox and lipo to pull it off, though! LOL.
Hysterical photos! I would let him in, but somehow I think the gov't officials don't have as good a sense of humor.
Our photo history stinks. It's either one or the other of us in the photo when we travel. The only ones of us together are of our heads because we have to take them ourselves. Thank goodness DH has long arms.
ha! Those are too funny.
We'd have some pretty similar pictures, actually. We'd have some nice ones from the wedding and honeymoon and other than that, it's drunkenness and randomg guitar hero pictures with nights on the town thrown in. It'd certainly be an interesting mix.
I agree with staging different outfits/hairstyles to make up for what's lacking.
That is great! I love it....hahaha i think the immigration people who get a good chuckle too.
I actually just put our life together in pictures and emails from the summer we first met for Christmas. It was a long hard process digging back 9 years but lots of similar photos lol.
For the longest time the best picture of us together was one with beers in our hands hahahaha
Just have to comment how funny those pics are and it was a good mid day laugh for me. Definitely needed it.
Most of ours are backpacking. I noticed that recently when I clicked on the "photos of me" link on FB just to see what horrible things were there
It was like... here's us on Whiteface! Here's us on Marcy! Here's us on Big Slide! But to most people they all look exactly the same.
We're going to Alaska in May, and is it bad that I intend to drag DH shopping before we go so he looks good in the bazillion photos I will inevitably take? We need some new pictures that aren't in the Adirondacks.
