How much weight have you lost? 7 pounds
Do you notice a difference in tone/strength/hunger? No, not really becuase I am not actually working out yet. Hunger is the same as always but at least I am not on yucky meds that make me feel awful so I can eat decently.
Will you set any new short term goals this month (more water, more work out, less meat more veggie, etc)? Yes, I need to get back to drinking more water and I want to do two meatless meals a week (at least).
Will you start a new/different workout plan? I will make one this week.
B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, V8 low-sodium
S- plain ff greek yogurt w/pomegranate seeds
L- balela salad, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, oil/vinegar
S- baby carrots, maybe some almond/flaxseed butter too
D- not sure if DH took anything out of the freezer...if not, maybe a veggie burger w/veggies on the side
Activity- gym and 30DS
Yesterday- stuck to eating and exercise (except I only did 30DS, didn't make it to the gym).
How much weight have you lost? well, I completely forgot to weigh myself last week...but I had actually been losing in the weeks prior (very small, but still progress in the right direction), so as of 2 weeks ago I had lost about 3-4 pounds from a month ago.
Do you notice a difference in tone/strength/hunger? not really...mostly because my exercise has been intermittent lately
Will you set any new short term goals this month (more water, more work out, less meat more veggie, etc)? definitely exercise more, and smarter, since sticking to exercising is the hardest part for me. I'm also trying to keep myself on track to drink more water...and it's already kind of happened on its own for the most part, but I'm moving towards much less animal protein.
Will you start a new/different workout plan? Not sure. I may try some new things, but I have so many options already to work with that I'd rather focus on exercising consistently vs. trying something new entirely.

A-hope to do some 30 min cardio...I did do strength yesterday and it kicked my lunging legs butt... ok, makes no sense...
How much weight have you lost?--the same 2 lbs... but inches, have to check...
Do you notice a difference in tone/strength/hunger? tone in my arms... strength in my arms... knees feel stronger, hunger-nope, But I am a stress eater, not an eat when I'm hungry eater...
Will you set any new short term goals this month (more water, more work out, less meat more veggie, etc)?I'm using The Daily Plate and logging in calories-just started... similar to WW points online, but with calories and it monitors protein, etc... trainer recommended it. I'd like to eat less 'processed' foods... ha! as I have packaged enchiladas on the counter at home... just add meat and cheese...
Will you start a new/different workout plan? I am changing up my strength training with a mix-strength/cardio. I need to get 12 lb weights cause I am close to changing that... and I can't go from 10-15 lbs... not yet.

Workout: Nothing. I'm exhausted plus it's snowing. I have no desire to do anything.
Yesterday: I ate well. I snacked on some grapes in addition to my plan, but not bad. I didn't do my workout though. I was at work late and had business to do at home.
How much weight have you lost? I've lost 6 pounds this past month.
Do you notice a difference in tone/strength/hunger? I'm not nearly as hungry. Thanks to DH having to eat certain foods and me feeling guilty cooking, I ate very little and have noticed by body's adjusted. Strength wise I'm about the same. I workout off/on due to the weather and work.
Will you set any new short term goals this month (more water, more work out, less meat more veggie, etc)? I'd like to lose 4 pounds this month. My main goals are to not get taken in by the girl scout cookies. I bought them for a rare treat and I need to eat them that way. Also, I want to keep up the small portions and refraining from 2nds or snacks directly after dinner - wait at least 20 minutes for food to settle. Lastly, keep the soda to a minimum. This past month I did great, but I have had soda 3 times in the past week or so...not good.
Will you start a new/different workout plan? Same plan -- walk a mile a day. I'm hoping the weather cooperates so I can do it everyday!! OnceI get in a routine, I will kick it up to 2 miles, but I think that will be fore April/May.

How much weight have you lost? 7lbs since December, but that was as of a week ago. I haven't been back on the scale, and I'm hoping I've just maintained, but I wouldn't be surprised to find a lb or two back on.
Do you notice a difference in tone/strength/hunger? I'm not as hungry because I'm not as stressed out and I'm not working out (just going for walks).

Snack: Cake! We do cake for everyone's birthday in my office, and the person making my cake was out yesterday so we're having it this afternoon. I've been hinting for awhile now that I'm ready, but no one seems to be noticing...
Dinner: Leftover Sante Fe Chicken, salad
Activity: 30 minutes on treadmill
Yesterday - I was feeling particularly handy, so I figured out how to fix the treadmill rather than wait for DH. I walked on it for 30 minutes and was starving afterwards so I had a piece of leftover pizza. Whoops.
How much weight have you lost? None.
Do you notice a difference in tone/strength/hunger? I'm hungry about every 2 hours right now.
Will you set any new short term goals this month (more water, more work out, less meat more veggie, etc)? My goal is to walk on the treadmill 5 days a week and make sure I get in lots of fruits and veggies.

I was so proud of myself. I think knowing that DH would "get around to it" in maybe a week or two motivated me.

I am able to run a lot further than I did last month.
I am going to try to work out more this month. More strength training on the days that I don't run.
