PIPs: Bridal Shower Gift

One of my BFFs is getting married this summer, and I'm one of her bridesmaids. We're throwing her a bridal shower next weekend. The catch? It's at the bride's parents' place (her sister, MOH, is the primary hostess) which is in California. The bride lives in Texas.

Sooooo most people are likely going to ship their shower gifts to her (I know I did). I shipped her a vase and some candles she registered for. But I wanted her to have something to open from me at the actual shower.

Since she loves to cook, I made her the "perfect date night" cookbook. I can't post a picture of the cover because it has her soon-to-be-new-last-name on it, but I'll show you some of the inside:

The recipes included are from various cookbooks/websites. It includes a recipe for a cocktail, an appetizer, a salad, a potato dish, a steak dish, and a cake.
