Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Job interview dust?
As many of you know I've been actively looking for a new job. I came across a great position this morning in a perfect location. It would mean going back to working on Mondays(but I doubt I'd find that option again! and it might go away anyway once the merger happens in December)), but it's still close enough to home that my commute would be less than 20 minutes. But 9-6 isn't bad compared to the long hours I work now.
Also, my parents' place is on the way, so it would be easy to drop off/pick up Allison. The company participates in projects that I love and hopefully I'll fit into their culture. Although the salary wasn't listed, in this industry I imagine it would be a considerable difference from what I make now.
So after refining my resume a bit and preparing my cover letter, I clicked send and off it went! I'm hoping at the very least to get the interview!
