So we need to move soon (Renting North of Cincy)
We are looking to move April 1 or May 1. Rental House--detached.
Where do I look? No luck on Craiglists or Citybeat.com. Or the places there are too pricy. We need under $900 since we are trying really hard to save our extra $.

I just quickly browsed our work bulletin board...
There is a 2BR/2BA condo (~1200 sf) for rent for $825/mo in Union Center/West Chester area starting 4/15. Includes laundry room, walk out patio to park-like green space, pool, and tennis courts.
There's also a semi-furnished house for rent in Morrow/Maineville with double bed, some basic kitchen utensils, and large appliances. The owners are on temporary assignment in Utah through Jan 2011. Negotiable rent and details provided on request.

We have a house in Reading that we are renting out through L&B management. We have had good luck with them so far. Right now the house is rented out till May. Not sure yet if the tennents are staying after that yet.

I'm not sure if it is in the area you are looking for but I have a friend renting a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Colerain. It has an attached garage as well. Let me know if you may be interested and I will send you more info.
