I really like this Salmon with Green Beans & Lemon Zest from Everyday Food. Salmon can be a little pricey, but it's better to pay $8 for a piece that feeds both of us than to pay $18 each to eat it in a restaurant. And, you can always watch for sales.

Relatively so.
Pasta (I mixed ww and regular--though earth fare ww is AWESOME!) with artichoke hearts (from a can), red peppers (from a jar), maybe some cheese (fresh mozz if i have any) and I just put the non-creamy kind of Italian dressing on it.
I warm the artichokes and peppers on low as the pasta water boils and it's done at about the same time. I'll have it for lunch when I run out of lettuce and there's no more room in the grocery budget. (I almost always keep artichoke hearts and roasted red pepers in the house)

w/ parm orzo and green beans, this was our dinner last night.
We get the Jenni-Lo turkey burgers "Lean" (93/7) from Target, and they are delish. I rub each side with a bit of Mrs. Dash and then grill them on the George Foreman grill. I add a slice of provolone cheese and serve on whole wheat buns with sliced tomato, pickles, mustard, ketchup, and a teeny tiny bit of mayo. YUM.
