L- probably a mixed berry smoothie

D- I'm making chicken with a yogurt mustard sauce, probably w/ a side of broccoli.
I'm planning on doing some weights today, focusing on arms.
Yesterday day was good except for the king size twix that I hate in the afternoon.
B-skinny bun eggbeaters breakfast, coffee

L-salad and some venison chili...
S-more veggies? carrots, almonds?
D-um, yeah... lessee... leftover enchiladas?
A-cardio-treadmill workout? did yoga yesterday and my SD laughed at me. thanks.
**Marking calories now... I'm on Livestrong's The Daily Plate-it's free. Not too hard to use-if you've done WW Online, it's sort of similar, but I like how it marks what I've eaten---protein, carbs, etc... We'll see.**
Breakfast: Kashi TLC Berry Crumble w/skim milk, OJ
Snack: hot chocolate, banana
Lunch: Tuna on wholewheat, strawberries, Baked Cheetos
Snacks: Fiber One Bar, Dannon Light & Fit
Dinner: Spaghetti, salad
Activity: Hopefully I'll have time to hop on the treadmill, but I have to run an errand on the way home from work so I won't get home until after 7.
Yesterday: Did well! Treadmill in the evening and didn't eat a piece of pizza this time!
B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese
S- plain ff greek yogurt w/pomegranate seeds
L- tuna? balela salad? not sure yet, but will have a spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, green pepper, oil/vinegar as usual
S- baby carrots or apple w/almond & flaxseed butter, wg crackers
D- baked merlot & herb marinaded chicken, veggies
Activity- 30DS
Yesterday- eating was ok, except I was really hungry for some reason and added in a bit to my snacks. Oops. I went to the gym, but didn't end up doing 30DS in addition because I was really sore (still am today, but am hoping that I feel better when doing 30DS).
I just checked out the Daily Plate, awesome! Its nice for me who is just trying to maintain weight too! Thanks!

D- DH wants Alfredo noodles and chicken, So I reckon that's what he'll get.

Yesterday: I did great on my meal plan but again didn't work out. I really need to get back on it.
