Re: WTF moments at work.
Ok, so I deal w/the public A LOT. I really don't mind it & most of the time could care less if they get pissy/upset. I just figure out how to help or get someone that can. Well on the other hand I cannot stand stupid people. They get under my skin & I lose it every time. So far this morning I've received calls w/customers saying, "I have a question. My dryer isn't working", "I have a question. My ice maker won't make ice."
Really? Because how the hell do you see that as a question? It's a problem & you need service. Probably sounds pretty small & petty but wtf, people. It's not hard to comprehend a problem from a question.
Quit taking my pens!!!!
Bring back my paper clips!
Now that is really sad. It reminds me of the 30 Rock episode where Jack goes and works in DC and the didn't have pens either. Anyone watch that show?
LOL! Yeah, when I started my new job I had to buy about $90 in personal supplies... stapler, hole punches, pens, highlighters, tape, etc... because the budget was too tight to provide those things. They did give me a lovely paperclip holder with the union emblem on it though, lol!
I've never seen it- sounds funny though!
