A new month, a new diet

Who's with me?

 I have approx 38 days to make myself look ultra fetch for Hawaii.  It may be the land of the mumus, but I ain't wearing one.

  • Well, you already know I started the Fat Smash diet today. I'll have to stick it out at least long enough to use all the fruits & veggies I bought yesterday. The fridge is packed.

  • Yeah, I'm considering going on some expensive-ass weirdo diet. I hate being fat.

  • My pants were unbuttoned at dinner on Saturnday.  Mortifying. 

    I am on a 1200-1400 calorie diet for March, eating clean as reasonably possible, and exercising 6 days a week.

    Desperate times call for desperate measures.

  • Yup, I am with you! Although its not quite *new* I have lost some already...but I have a little less than 12 weeks to tighten up and drop some lbs for my BFF's wedding. I am the MOH...eeek!

  • H wants to book a tropical vaycay over my Spring Break. UGH. I feel like such a beached whale right now.

  • I'm still on track from last month eating around 1450 calories per day and eating as clean as possible.

    I lost 14lbs in February so I'm kicking up the workouts this month and doing 31 workouts for 31 days of the month.  Eeek!

  • I'm on the wagon now that I can exercise again. I need some serious results this month.
  • I NEED to get serious about losing weight.  I'm turning 30 in September.  I'd like to try to do 30 by 30 but dont know how realistic that is.  Then this past weekend my sis told me that her and her BF are planning on getting engaged this year and want to get married 11-11-11.  That is enough time to be a hot MOH... if I just jump on the wagon.  I need some serious help though.

     

     

  • I'm also back on the wagon as of Friday.  I worked out Friday and Sunday and we are also trying to eat healthy and clean.  We've been stressed and we both self medicate with sweets.  No more of that.
  • You already know that I started the new H&F program through my gym last week. <3<3<3 I'm down 2lbs, not starving myself and am eating yummy food. The workouts are no joke, but I'm really enjoying myself. It really was perfect timing.
  • I have fallen off the wagon.  I have been cooking really healthy dinners every night and trying out new stuff which has been great.  However, my snacking is out of control especially late at night. I need to set a cut off time for myself.  As of today I am really going to watch what I eat and will probably start tracking calories next week.  DH and I went on a nine mile hike yesterday. According to my HR monitor I burned 2500 calories.  That was nice kick start to my exercise program.  I plan to workout most days this month.

  • My pants give me a muffin top now.  :(  I need to get back into dieting since I don't think I can exercise yet.

     


    After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

    me :( I actually really miss WW and can't wait to go back ad soon as I give birth and get the ok from my doctor.

    I have a booty that just came out of nowhere. 

     

  • I'll start my so called diet after the Girl Scout Cookie selling is over and done with.  For some reason, THIN MINTS have been awfully good this year.  Yum!

  • I'm not, but I should be. I'm like 5 pounds over my WW goal weight and weigh in is tomorrow. Huh? something tells me I will be waiting until the lat possible moment to weight in for march, and then still have to pay.
