So, what's for dinner at your house today or this week? As the chief cook ,I always am looking for new dinner ideas I thought we could share...
For us we are having:
Tuesday:
Fried Fish tacos, butter roasted corn and adobo rice
Wednesday
Chicken Parmesan pasta and spinach/or a salad.
Thursday:
I got class but I'm going to make Mikey and the littlest diva a special valentines dinner..I'm thinking
A fat juicy steak with mushrooms & onions, Loaded baked potatoes, and roasting some asparagus with garlic & bacon and I'm going to make them triple fudge chocolate cupcakes...
Friday:
Fried Chicken, Sweet potatoes, greens, and corn bread!
Saturday:
We are going to be on the road so probably dinner out..Yippee
Sunday: I can't decide any suggestions?
Re: What's for dinner....
I have been a huge slack on cooking the last few weeks. I've been cooking the same easy meals lately.
Hanging my head in shame
Girl please, No shame easy is what's UP!!
Sooo What are the easy meals? Hook a sista up!
I love Italian food. I make a few variations of pasta dishes.
Alfredo or tomato suace; diced tomatoes, onion and bell pepper; garlic; olive oil, garlic salt; italian seasoning; any type of pasta I serve it with salad and garlic bread
I think we've had it twice last week LOL
Another one of my favorites is a chicken dish I make.
Baked chicken, rice and broccoli simmered in cream of celery (or anytype of cream of) soup.
I'm with April...I've been pretty easy lately because I haven't adjusted to my schedule so here it goes...
Yesterday- Tacos
Tuesday- Lemon Pepper Whole Roasted Chicken, Bake potatoe or Mash with green beans
Wednesday- Left overs (hopefully :-))
