I'm doing alright...my week's felt all messed up this week. I'm trying to decide how to tackle projects this weekend - I should paint the bathroom first, I guess since that'll be two colors and the paint takes forever to dry, but I'm DYING to have that dark wall painted in the dining room/kitchen. (God, I hope I like it!)
Bummer news... Greg's new phone gets HORRIBLE reception in our house. Like he can't even use it... so we're taking it back today.
He's really bummed about it because he really wasn't interested in any of the other phones he saw (and he does NOT want something that needs a data package.)
Morning everyone.
So the doctor thinks that David has hand, foot, mouth disese but it's only infecting his mouth at the moment. TMI alert but his breath is horrible, like it smells infected. We tried using the infant finger toothbrush to at least wipe down his teeth yesterday. It also doesn't help that he is picking at the sores on his face, so one is all scabbed over, it looks horrible.
As for me, only 42 more days of busy season, at least I think that's the number, my official countdown is at work. I think some reviewers are annoyed/pissed with me but at this point, my son is the most important thing. Hopefully David will let me make up some time today. He isn't as clingy today, and I hope he takes a nice nap.
I am doing better Paula! I am however wearing a headband today and I feel like it's squishing my head! I'd take it off but then I'll have a big kink in my hair where it was.
Mel, I'm glad you now know what David has and I hope that he starts feeling better. I say screw the reviewers...they will get over it and if not that's their problem.
Hate this feeling! This is why I avoid headbands a lot of the time - they are too tight or not tight enough (and too tight gives me such a headache!) IMO, headbands are worse for bad hair than hats! LOL

I'm ok this morning. I just yelled at 90% of my staff though for doing something TOTALLY simple completely wrong. The 10% that didn't get yelled at? They took today off. Good thing too - it was technically their mistake (they are "in charge" of the project but everyone is support for the project so it's everyone's mistake but it really falls on the heads of the other two). MH was here to see me yell and told me he was glad he didn't work in the office because I'm scary when I'm mad. haha.
I want this week to be over. Now.
Yeah I usually have problems with headbands putting too much pressure right at the back of my ears. This one is the type that is stretchy and goes all the way around. It sucks because it looks really cute!

Mel - I haven't been on much this week but it sounds like what David has is horrible! So happy to hear they think they know what it is though and hopefully it will start to clear soon.
I'm really enjoying my new job and surprisingly this week has flown by! I've missed you girls the past week and hope to be back on regularly soon
Mel-when the girls had it it was just in their mouths too. Hope he feels better soon. Like I said most people I know the worst is 3-5days.
I am ready to shank someone if Brian's check for the swim team does not come in soon. Season ended on 2/16. He never changed his address though so the W2 from last year went to the old address and then was fowarded, and he still did not change it despite my nagging (yes my asking nicely turned to nagging) so now we wait. I told him he needs to call Monday if it is not here by then. We need to have another sump pump going to keep up downstairs so we don't flood again, and his brakes are shot on his truck so we are sharing a car right now which means that whoever is not at work is stuck in the house. Please get here check!!!!
