Quick Childcare Update
Hi ladies!
I thought I would send you a quick update regarding my massive childcare search!
Yesterday was Brynne's first day at her new babysitters. Her new sitter is a new SAHM on leave from teaching. She has all of her teeth and has a 2.5 y/o and a baby that is almost exactly Brynne's age. Yesterday went sooooo well! I was so excited. When I came up pick Brynne up at the end of the day, she smiled when she saw me and went right back to playing! She could have cared less that I was there! I feel so wonderful that she was happy!
Unfortunately the family is planning on moving at the end of summer, so she will only be cared for until I am out of school in June. I'm still looking for daycare's for next year, but am so happy that we found a great place for her in the meantime!

I was wondering how this was going. I'm glad that you found this lady but what a bummer that she's moving! I hope you find a great place for her in the Fall. Are you still thinking about a center or in-home?
Ethan seems to finally be adjusted to his new room. He is playing every time I arrive to pick him up. I still have concerns about the amount of kids in the room and he was accidentally given pretzels last week (they are not sure if he ate any. I spoke with the director about it). I imagine this is going to become even scarier as he grows and sits at the toddler table with other children vs. a high chair. I have thought about visiting some of the centers we talked about to see if they're smaller class sizes but I'm so torn. He's finally adjusted. I'd hate to go through that again so soon.
