I noticed that you are down to the final weeks in NYC. Have you guys found jobs in your new location yet? Housing? Are you nervous/excited? I know you are happy to leave your job! LOL
Will you still drop by the NYC Nesties Board? If not for anything but at least for us to catch a glimpse of your delicious siggies. LOL

hi karllen,
we are really excited and a little nervous! it's definitely a little bittersweet to be saying goodbye to new york after ten years.
we found an apartment last week! and i cannot even tell you how giddy i am to know that we'll have a washer/dryer IN our apartment (no more basement or laundromat!!). DH is actually just switching to the dc offices and will be able to walk to work. the commute was really getting to him so no more MTA + gaining two hours each day will be great for him. i'm still job hunting and have an appointment with at least one temp agency already set up for 4/1. we move on 3/30 *gulp*
i am giving my notice this week and i cannot wait! it has been a rough few years on the job front so the change of city and hopefully industry will be good for me.
