AW: I am the best real estate agent EVER!
So, my BFF and her hubby had been looking to buy a house on their own, and after no success and losing 2 properties mid-deal, they asked for my professional help. We went into contract an a brand new duplex condo in Brooklyn (where we live) and then things got hairy. the appraisal came in too low and the sponsor was suggesting some shady "alternative lending" solutions that were beyond ridiculous. Just as we were about to walk away, they met our demands at 9pm tonight! YAY! I am so happy for them and it's like a friggin miracle, so she is singing my praises. Woot! Woot! $$
After 22 cycles and 4 failed IUIs, Serafina joined our family through IVF/ICSI, born 8.28.12
