to see Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland? I feel like a little kid! I haven't been this excited to see a Disney movie since Nightmare Before Chirstmas.

Re: Who's excited...
I'm not necessarily excited about seeing it, but...here's the background. This story always gave me nightmares! I never thought it was suitable (sp) for children and never understood people romanticizing it in a dreamland kind of way.
Fast forward to now: Tim Burton understands me! He has made a movie showing it for what it is--at least, that's what I get out of the trailers. So, I may actually see it.
Exactly Munkii! I've read a lot about the original storyline and it's full of drug references and other undertones that make it not at all appropriate for kids.
It frightened me as a child also. Now that I am an adult I will say, I love the fantasy, whimsical part about it. It's going to be particularly exciting to see in 3D.
I AM! I AM! Avril Lavigne sang her new song from the movie last night on leno and I got really excited...not for Avril....for the movie...the stage was very chic/goth...loved it...
Munkii I understand your pain....when I was younger I was terrified of Sleepy Hollow and the Headless Horse Man....I had nightmares and my parents ahd to tell the people at daycare to stop showing the movie. THEN they made Sleepy Hollow with Johnny Depp.......PROBLEM SOLVED!
MY BLOG!
