CT nestie with a question
Some people I know are looking to go to ***'s Restaurant, and have asked if I wanted to join. I took a look at the website and it looks like a lot a fun. Is there things I need to know? Do they like make fun of you? Should sensitive people go? (lol) I'm pretty down for whatever but some of my friends that want to go, I'm thinking might not be able to handle it. So I guess my question is--are they funny in general w/ jokes and such or do they sometimes focus on one person, etc. Anything else I should know about the place? TIA!
Re: CT nestie with a question
No d!ck, but you can say ass all you want. Ass ass ass ass ass.
I've never been, but I believe if you are there for a specific occasion they focus on the 'guest of honor' but otherwise they just spread it around to everyone.
lol I've never been, but some of my friends have. One friend had to take off her bra to be allowed to go to the bathroom, they hung it up above the bar, and she had to ask to get it back in front of the whole restaurant in front of the whole restaurant. She said no one else at the table was singled out like that. She's a fairly conservative person, and usually dresses fairly modestly.
But if you're ok with that, I'd say go. Personally, I'd consider going for a girl's night out or something, with close friends, but probably not with people I don't know as well. My friend was there with her boss and coworkers (her boss had an odd sense of humor), that would be mortifying.
I haven't been either, but I see people coming out of the restaurant with tall paper hats with writing on it. And I guess they are just surly in general (tossing your menus on the table, asking "eh, what do want?!"). It seems like a fun place if you can laugh at yourself.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! I'm not gonna lie, this whole thing made my night!!!
You guys are hilarious!
I have been to the one in Myrtle Beach and San Diego and neither were that bad. As long as you have a dirty sense of humor and don't take things to seriously you'll be fine. One time I had to wear a hat that said "I wear granny panties" which was funny because my granny doesn't wear tongs. Another time there was long long line and we went up to put our name in and they decided to seat us before everyone (score for us, bad for the people waiting).
