Back story.. DH has had shoulder pain, he was sent by his primary dr to an orthopedic.. ortho sent him for mri, they didn't technically find anything.. he recommended a pain management dr. By the Pain mgt drs 2nd visit we had just switched over DH to my health insurance. (His appt was Jan 5th so he literally just switched over) So here we are thinking this is great, we're saving a couple $'s a month by adding him to my insurance instead... Then we get a big fat DENIED for the last session at the pain Mgt dr.. which costs $4000. My insurance company requested information from the pain management dr and apparently they are calling this a pre-existing condition even though he has never had any official diagnosis. soooo yeah.. HAPPY FRIDAY to me. Now I get to fight with the stupid insurance company.
Re: I hate health insurance co.!
