::Natalie:: re: Neti

I have really bad sinus problems too. I use the NeilMed Sinus Rinse, not the Neti pot. I personally found the bottled rinse to work better for me, and I never have issues with my ears getting plugged. I think because the bottle uses more pressure. Just thought I would share, I know how bad sinus problems can be! I almost routinely get sinus infections when I fly. :(

Re: ::Natalie:: re: Neti

  • Can you buy this at a drugstore or do you need to buy it online?

    Thanks for the rec Sarah!  I think I might have not used the Neti pot 100% correctly last night.  It was my first time and DH wasn't home.  He's used it before and is going to show me how to do it again tonight.  I need an assist on this one hehe!  If this doesn't work I'll have to look into getting the Neilmed Sinus Rinse.

  • Yeah you can buy it at any pharmacy and maybe even at grocery stores if they have a good pharmacy section.

    Try the Netipot again, since you already have it, then if it doesn't work it would be worth trying the Sinus Rinse. I swear by that stuff! :) Good luck & feel better soon!

  • I use the Sinus Rinse and swear by it too!!! Just butting in! Wink
