XP: Letter for annual review
Reviews are right around the corner for our office and I would love to give HR a letter of praise for my direct supervisor.
My questions- is that what these letters are called? Letters of Praise? Or did I make that up?
I am having a hard time just starting the letter. How should I start the letter?
Do I address it to our HR lady?
Thanks!
Re: XP: Letter for annual review
I would say it depends on your company. I work for a really large company and we're encouraged to give it to either the person directly or their immediate supervisor. If your company gives them to HR, I would address it to the HR person. I would start it by saying what the intent of your letter is and follow with examples.
