Setting up a charity?
A good friend's apartment building had a major fire yesterday. She is going through a divorce and recently moved there with her little girl. She hadn't gotten around to getting renters insurance. She can go through her stuff today but it looks like she will lose everything. I was thinking about setting something up for people to make donations. Does anyone have any idea how I would go about this? DH knows some lawyers so I can get him to ask them too.
