Man, this board has been REALLY slow lately. =/
Anything exciting planned for the weekend? DH and I are heading up to our favorite spot upstate tomorrow morning and coming back on Sunday. I always look forward to a little get-a-way.

Joanna, I so NOT jealous of your packing! LOL I feel your pain, but think of the end result.
Bonnie, ah another get away. I love it! I love the siggy thingies (rescue pet owner etc.) Where do you find those? Maybe I will get one.
Weekend plans:
Fri: going home and eat all the tasty pastries that I bought last night
Sat: cleaning etc, then DH & I want to head to BKNY in Bayside for Dinner/Date.
Sun: church, cooking, ironing, chilling.

Nothing too exciting this weekend - more relaxing, doing whatever I feel we 'need' to do before the baby comes. I'm now officially in the "he could come any day" waiting period....which is really tough!!!!
Tonight: applying for jobs for DH.
Tomorrow: maybe farmer's market in the morning. then prenatal yoga in the afternoon.
Sunday: I just found out about a free pancake breakfast at The Old Stone House in our neighborhood (3rd street & 5th ave)!!! I told DH I really want to go a) because I love pancakes and b) its free!!! lol. then prenatal yoga after and possibly baking some more goodies for post-baby meals.
Karllen, I love BKNY! It is literally about a mile down the road (Francis Lewis Blvd) from my house. We eat there all the time! We should do a double date there one night!
This weekend, I will be TIRED because I have a two-day yoga certification class. 10 hours a day. Which makes me exhausted in normal circumstances, but now that I am pg and fall asleep while eating, it should be a real endurance test....
I love my yoga training weekends and normally I would be so excited I have one this weekend, but honestly I am a little scared of the sheer exhaustion I will be facing.
Nothing planned for the weekend. Only thing I was looking foward to was the Oscars but thanks to the drama between Cablevision and ABC that wont be happening :-(
Guess I will only get to watch the Red Carpet on E!

Joanna: Yup, we're heading up to Rhinebeck! I sooo love it up there. We're doing a tour of one of the historic mansions (www.olana.org), it's about 20 miles north of Rhinebeck and we're staying at our favorite place (www.belvederemansion.com). Have fun packing! =/
