Throwing a Luncheon on a Budget
Hi ladies,
I'm throwing a luncheon on May 1 for about 20 people and I'd like to find the cheapest way to feed everyone without sacrificing quality.
I've already got some snack ideas: puppy chow, a pistachio pudding cake, rice crispie squares.
Salads aren't expensive to throw together.
What about entrees and side dishes? Do any of you have a good finger sandwich recipe? I'll probably make a pot of "mexican goulash" ala Mandy.
Any recipes that are plentiful and relatively cheap will be much appreciated!
