Uverse problems???

Ours keeps going out...anyone else having that issue tonight?

  • Well thank goodness for the iPhone....cause they said it's our lines and can't fix it til tomorrow night...no tv no phone no Internet. ...guess we will have to be creative. ;)

  • When we had ours installed (about a year and a half ago-ish) we had all kinds of problems. It would freeze for hours and everything would go out including the internet. Finally we got a technician out that seemed to know what he was doing and he said the wires they used or the junction box or whatever it is that went into our house were the wrong ones (installed by uverse guy mind you). Once he fixed that things were fine...  I wish i knew what the technical term was for whatever the problem was- just make sure to have them check all the wiring including the connection into your house...

    Sadly this is true. DH is a Uverse installer and he gets annoyed when he goes out to repairs and the whole issue is the installer was lazy and didn't do everything they were supposed to. Uverse if very sensitive and you can't have poor lines or you will have issues. The install takes so long because they are having to replace everything that is used to make it work.
