I'm Pregnant!!

I just spoke with my doctors office and I am pregnant. I am so, so happy. The beta number is 456 and Dr. Goldstein thinks I may have twins. I just can't believe this.

  • Hi everyone,

So I am going back to Dr. Goldsein's office for another blood test a week from last one to make sure everything is going like it is suppose to. Then they are scheduling an ultrasound which will be between 6 and 7 weeks. The nurse was trying to explain to me about how pregancies were dated, which I did not know and that is I was actually considered two weeks pregnant when they did the embryo transfer because that was the date when I actually ovulated. I guess she said that normally pregancies are dated based on LMP because everyone knows that.

Anyway this process has been amazing. The progesterone injections are not fun. Has anyone every had a CVS?  I definately feel like I want to be tested to make sure that everything is okay?

  • Congrats to you! I mostly lurk on this board, but had to post. I shared this post with my bff. She is also a patient of Dr. Goldstein and will go in tomorrow for egg collection.

    H&H 9 months!!

  • Congrats on the positive test. I am starting my IVF cycle this week and am very excited. When is the ultrasound. So far it really has not been that bad.
