As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. When your wife's in labor over 30 hours, you find yourself doing things like somehow finding her wedding friends' website message board and putting up a little post for her at 5am.... I know Christina is keeping everyone up to date, so I don't want to steal her thunder. Just thought you ladies would like to know how great Jen's doing. She's been here for two nights now, has missed 3 meals and counting (note - this normally would cause all hell to break loose) with just ice chips and a popsicle, and has been stuck mostly in bed... I know some of you ladies know how un-fun all this can be, and she's been awesome the entire time. I'm so very proud of her for the last 9 months and especially the last day and a half. She's taking it all in stride, and has been strong the entire time. I read her each of the FB posts and that def lifts her spirits, especially the ones from existing Moms about their experiences. (Good job by the moms leaving out some of the details). I'm turning the play by play back over to Christina, so keep sending the encouraging messages, thanks to you all from Mommy to be and me and the little one coming (we hope) very soon. Keep the thoughts and prayers coming that Jen's patience and strength will be rewarded with a rapid fly-by of the really painful stuff and can hold our baby sometime this morning!!

Thanks for the update, TJ! Let her know that we're all thinking of her (and you and the baby). In fact, this may make me crazy, but you guys were the first thing I thought of when I woke up this morning.
Jen is tough, obviously. She is a soccer player after all!

We're all thinking of Jen and can't wait to meet baby Sharpie, I have no guesses either way! You both are strong people and will get through this. I feel like I jinxed her and I'm sorry she couldn't go to her gala on Friday night! But this is so much better
