Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • yesterday I ate 4 twix bars

    Fried chicken, a waffle and grits for dinner

    Raviolis for lunch and greek yougrt for bfast.

    Today I am on a roll and having a banana chocolate chip coffee cake from starfvcks

    I could do this daily.Embarrassed

    Today I ate some chocolate cake for breakfast.Indifferent  I also had some coffee.

    Lunch will be middle-eastern food.  A former co-worker is bringing us food from his parents restaurant.  YUM!

    Dinner- pasta and broccoli.

    I really really need to get in a run tonight!

  • I did well yesterday, but a congratulatory party for a co-worker getting married this weekend made me fail miserably today...

    B: Shredded Mini Wheats

    L: Chocolate cake with chocolate icing, chips with dip, chex mix, and a chocolate chip cookie. (the plan was greek yogurt with strawberries and a tsp of honey, which I sitll may eat as well...)

    D: Pasta

    Workout: Moving stuff around in the garage and mock setting up our display for Sunday.

  • Dude. This week has been a disaster for my tummy.

    Friday =

    B: Special K

    S: pb on whole wheat toast

    L: In-N-Out cheeseburger, fries, soda

    D: salad, rhubarb, fried chicken, corn, mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuits and jelly, boysenberry pie (Knott's Berry Farm feast!) 

    Saturday = baby shower and BBQ

    Sunday, I will behave!
