how was everyone's weekend?
I was not feeling well for most of it (had a little cold/sinus thingy going on), so i missed my cousins coming up to visit (which totally bummed me out), and didnt finish unpacking like i intended. But I felt better by last night, and made a fun night out of watching the oscars and eating ice cream.
What did you girls do this weekend?

I was supposed to work on papers (writing and grading) and clean my house.
I actually took long naps, went to dinner, moaned and cried about how I'm having a quarter life crisis and feel like I'm wasting my life/time, and watched the Oscars.
I'm hoping for a better week...but it's starting with a rainy Monday, so we'll see...
The house is starting to look a little less like a tornado hit... I'll try to update FB or blog with pics soon. And the kitties are loving the house (if only they knew about their new brother coming this week!) We will be busy all week with puppy prep, since Dill arrives on Friday!
Def want to hear about the "epic weekend"!
We had a good weekend. Friday we just stayed in (which we NEVER do). I caught up on Tivo, cooked dinner, and DH worked from home.
Saturday I had class & group time which put me in a foul mood, but then we went to dinner/ice skating/out to the bars with a big group of friends for my BF's birthday and it was super fun. Sunday I hung out with my parents, went to a bridal shower, and curled up with DH and watched the Oscars.
We also decided to start looking at condos/townhouses/homes to BUY which is scary but exciting! For what we pay in rent, we could easily afford a mortgage, and so it seems silly not to at least look.
I survived the RoLex wedding and all I got was this lousy husband.

Mine was typical, a few dinners out, a hair cut, errands and an entire box of Girl Scout Cookies. Ugh. Boring.
