Human Resources Manager ?
Hi Ladies,
I was just wondering if any of you had any insight on job interviewing coaches? (That don't cost a fortune). My husband has been out of work for close to year, but has only been really looking the last few months. (We have 2 1/2 year old twins and a 17 month old, so he's been taking care of them).
We know he has the experience but feel he needs to do better with the interview, which he is not naturally "good at." He feels like he is doing something wrong.

Do you watch The Middle? I saw one episode & the husband was going through the same scenario. He ended up coming across as too enthusiastic over a sewer position. It was pretty funny. Kudos to your hubby for taking care of the kiddos!
I don't know of any specific services around here, but has he tried looking for a headhunter to represent him? Maybe if he got in with one of those firms they could give him some tips/pointers on how to appropriately answer questions. And I know it sounds random, but he might want to try looking on youtube.... its amazing what you can find there!
