How many pairs of shoes do you own?

Just curious if I am the only one with a large number of shoes. From gym shoes to work shoes to heels I have 51 pairs of shoes....sadly I like them all and i want MORE! My BF thinks I am nuts (she owns 4 pair) and DH just laughs at me...

Without counting, I would guess from gym shoes, flip flops, boots, etc.... 12 pairs.

At least 40 but if I go and count there are probably more. My DH jokes that our closet in the master closet will be only for my shoes. What he doesnt know is that his clothes will have to go in the man cave because there will be no room for his. I love shoes and I never can have enough!!!! I will still buy shoes even though I dont need more. In fact I need more flip flops because only 1 pair is really comfortable.

funny thing is 7 pairs of those are bridesmaids shoes and I just haven't gotten rid of them. They match nothing in my closed and even if I dyed them I would not wear them again....I will have a shoe charity box by the end of the weekend!!

I do a shoe purge every spring. If it hasn't been on my feet in a year - it goes in the donation box. I've been getting the purge itch bad lately - I cleaned out my fridge and freezer last night (we're getting a new one soon so it had to be done anyway) and it got me on a roll. Basement next! Hubby has so much random crap that just needs to go in the garbage - it isn't even worth donating.

I recently did a shoe purge as well... a much needed one, I might add. I had some shoes from high school! Eep! I think I have about 20 left.

I think I have about 20, too, including gym shoes and flip flops. A couple of those flip flops probably need to get thrown out, along with a couple of pairs of pumps that are just so uncomfortable that I don't know why I bought them in the first place.

I have 7 pairs at work and probably another 25+ at home...I am dying to get in there in clean out! Now that DH and I have to make space for baby (we live in every inch of our 2 bedroom) we have to downsize, so this is the perfect time to get rid of all those shoes I never wear.

So many. It's awful. I have probably 6-8 pairs of heels that I wear to different occasions, 3 pairs of sneakers, a pair of gym only sneakers, probably 3 pairs of cheap flip flops and I just bought some boots for my dance class! I love shoes though. I could have many many more pairs.

Without going in the closet and counting them...

Work shoes: 2 pairs of black flats, brown flats, 2 pairs of black heels... 5

Casual shoes: 2 pairs of slip on clogs, 2 pairs of tennis shoes... 4

Flip Flops: my weakness, probably 6 pairs... 6

5 + 4 + 6 = 15

That's more than I would have guessed at first. I don't even like shoes! I just have them because I have to!
