I slept half the day yesterday, lol... then worked yesterday evening. After work H's friend and parents called and asked us out to dinner, so we had chinese food and watched the movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles- the one from the 90's, lol! It was nice- but I was soooo tired!
Tonight = hot stone massage- yay!!!
Last night I made a trip to the library and checked out 2 books. Then I went and paid the water bill. While I was at the library a van was pulled over in the parking lot. The police officer was giving the guy a ticket and when I walked out of the library a tow truck was there and the guy and his 2 small kids and wife were all standing on the sidewalk. They must not have had a license or something. I kind of felt bad because of the small kids but then again it wasn't very safe of him to be driving without a license/insurance/registration or whatever the reason was. I then went home and heated up dinner that DH made before he went to work. Then watched the Bachelor wedding and went to sleep.
Tonight, I'm going to my grandma's house for dinner.

Last night I left work early since I wasnt able to take a lunch, I swung by Ralphs on my way home for some stuff for the 2 dinner parties we're having this week, took D to the park, H made tacos for dinner then afterwards we cleaned the office, spot treated our carpet, and gave D a bath. We even managed to get in some tv time! It's amazing how productive you can be when you have to haha.
Today I'm going to make a Costco run at lunchtime to pick up something easy for dinner since my family is coming down tonight.

Last night I headed to the gym after making dinner for C. I have a 7 day guest pass & went to a STRIKE! class. It's aerobics/kickboxing. I was sweating like a pig & begging for mecy. My type of class.
Afterward I went to the market. I don't usually go to that one & I realized why last night. They didn't really have items I usually buy. There were more store brand products than anything.
I'm still freezing but the hot chocolate has helped a little.
Yesterday mom picked up Sarah from daycare. She loves her new room! They said she spent a good part of the day playing in the sink and playing with her "old" friends. She also went potty 3 times in the bathroom! Yay, Sarah! Afterwards we ran to Target and only bought a couple of things that weren't on my list...I think that's a record! We then had leftovers for dinnerand watched some Oscar fashion coverage on E. Sarah called C from my cell phone (while I was out of the room) and they spoke for about a minute before I realized it and took the phone. I didn't know that they were talking until C called back to let me know. Not sure how she figured it all out...Sarah slept with Grandma in the guest room bed last night. I was "dismissed" after the bath and PJ's. She walked right into the gues room, climbed up on the bed (with Grandma), blew me a kiss, said "Nigh Nigh" and waved me off. I'm so loved...
Tonight after work Sarah and I are taking Grandma out for dinner for her birthday since we won't be seeing her then. Otherwise, no plans.

Last night was girl's night and we went to Ruby's. I ate way to much! It was nice to just sit and talk though. Tonight, no plans. Just spend some quality time with dh before he leaves for Phoenix to go to spring training.
I got pink slipped today at work, so that sucks. I most likely will still have a job next year as they told me not to worry, but you have to worry. I hope they figure out how to "balance" our districts budget soon so they can give me my job back!
Other than that, it was a good day. Some of my students made a lot of progress on a concept so that was really excited.
I just realized this is probably directed at me....
I'm reading the sequel to Pride and Prejudice. Written by a different author and a much easier read, though still very wordy. Its called Mr. Darcy Takes a Wife. Its good!!
That really sucks!!!! I know how much you love your kids. I hope thy are right and you get your job back
