AW: DH and I are buying a house!
We put in an offer on Saturday, received a counter-offer on Sunday, and we accepted the counter-offer yesterday. So as soon as the seller signs the papers, we're under contract!
I feel like I could explode!

Thanks ladies! It's nice that there is an end to living with the ILs in sight
Now I just hope all the work we did in getting prequalified will carry over to the actual loan approval. Fingers crossed everyone please
Catching up on sports news...
It's in Cary. Not too far from the ILs (and B/SIL). We didn't think we'd in up staying in Cary, but we're pretty happy about it.
