Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

still no wedding video
I emailed my videographer on Jan 4th and she said it'd be a "few weeks" till I got my video. I emailed her Feb 10th and said well it's been a few weeks and still havent heard from you... is there anyway I might be able to get it by Valentines day? She said she would try her best. Again, nothing.
I emailed her Feb 24th and she said she was working on it and she would update me next week, well it's been like 2 weeks and still havent heard anything. I am getting SOOOO mad!!!!!!!!!! How can she tell me I'll have it in a few weeks in Jan and it's been like 3 months? I smell a wicked bad review for them once I get my video.

That really sucks! I don't think there is any excuse for it taking this long! I think you should definitely get a price break or refund of some sort.
I have been having a similar experience with my photographer & our album. It has been an ongoing battle for months. Still haven't gotten it.
