Our house is being appraised tomorrow
I seriously have NO idea what the appraised value will be. I have a number I would like it to be that I feel is fairly realistic, but the sales and comps are all over the place.
The higher the appraisal, the better the rate for our refinance. Keep your fingers crossed for me, please!
