fingers crossed - DH has an interview today!

I'm trying not to put much emphasis on it (both mentally and in talking with DH), but I'm really hoping this is going to be a good opportunity. His current boss/owner actually set up the interview - so hopefully there's a good connection between the two and I'm sure he gave DH a really good recommendation. That being said, we don't really know too much about the job or the position - just that its a similar company (financial/hedge fund). He's at the interview now, so I'm hoping to hear from him soon about how it went.

Other good news - he has a meeting with a recruiter tomorrow, but DH doesn't think it will amount to much. hmmm...we'll see.

Not so good news - this week is probably the last week DH will be working. His current company had to 'shut down' their trading, so there's not really any business going on. He thinks this week is his last, but we still have no clue what his severance package will be. One good thing is that we know we will be able to keep our current insurance through cobra at a super discounted rate, so that's one major concern that is lifted!
