He is a little teeny thing. Everyone thought he was going to be quite a bit smaller actually (like less than 7lbs)... so when he came out, my hubby and all the nurses and my midwife were like "Holy moly! Where were you hiding that thing!" Haha.
It truly was an amazing experience and I feel soo many emotions that I never knew I could feel. I get overwhelmed just looking at him and I totally get all choked up and sometimes cry tears. Not sad ones... just an incredible overwhelming feeling of love.

Love it! Congratulations! He looks so healthy and precious (soooo tiny-it's hard to believe people were ever that little!)
You look amazing. I think I banned cameras from the room after I had my kids because I looked like some kind of loch ness swamp creature, but you are glowing and beautiful.
Were you able to have a V-birth? I know so many women (or doctors) these days just seem to go automatically to the C-section.
Glad you are all doing so well! Very happy for you all, this is a very special time in your life. It's like everything crystallizes at this point and lots of changes take place (positive ones IMO).
