I'm glad no one bought him because now I can't afford to get rid of him lol
Our realtor called us today one of our offers was accepted & is being signed right now. LOL. Man I bitched & now look. We will start the inspections in the next couple days. I told the realtor I don't feel excited. Now I feel sick that we have a house payment. She laughed. Its all within our budget so no worries.
We usually fight, then the stress leaves and the problem works out.

Aw Congrats! I have to tell you that buying a house was one of the most stressful things Brock and I ever did. It was a roller coaster ride. Being a home owner is a huge responsibility so its good that you're taking it seriously.

And don't worry. My realtor told me I didnt sound excited when she called me to tell us our offer was accepted lol. But, 1. I was in the middle of dozing off. And 2. after a roller coaster ride thru the whole searching process, what did she expect? haha
