The wonderful randomness of my husband
Chris is not one of those men that gives gifts other than holidays. I never get "just because" flowers or random little things, like I get for him throughout the year. Tuesday night he comes home with this bag and tells me he got me something. Automaticly I was interested, since this NEVER happens. He bought me an Iced Tea Maker!!! I was soo excited because just on Monday morning I had mentioned to him that I wanted one. Then he says, I got you something else too, its out on the porch. He got me a beautiful metallic pink........FISHING POLE!!!! Im not much of a fisherwoman, since I spend most of my time setting up and untangling Chase's pole, but I love the calm serenity of fishing. I found a surf rod (10+ feet tall) that was cream and pink, but I wanted a regular pole too. Chris broke my last one a few years ago, so I have been using my dads old one that I love since it was his. But Chris found this one and had to buy it. How random is that? An iced tea maker and a fishing pole. That made my day more than if he would have bought me flowers. God I love that man!!

How cool is the pink fishing rod!!!!!!!!!! That's really sweet though, iced tea makers are the best - I use mine all the time!!!
