We're renting in Miamisburg now (I work in Evendale & Michael works at base) and have now decided that Michael is going to get out of the USAF and we'll stay in Dayton permanently.
Any recommendations on realtors?
I'm in love w/ Oakwood and I'm stubborn to not look anywhere else. To be open-minded, we should also be looking in Springboro, Bellbrook, and northern Cincinnati areas such as Liberty Township, West Chester, and possibly Mason

Re: realtor recs?
We just used Debbie Long with Keller Williams (Cincinnati) and had an amazing experience. She's down to earth, knows so many areas, and seems to always be available (we had to hunt during some very strange times due to work schedules). I highly recommend (I bet she even has recs for DAY to help you). House hunting is so much fun! Enjoy!

Highly highly recommend Pat(ricia) Chrysler with Remax. She was awesome and extremely patient with us first time homebuyers. Very knowledgable and in the business full time for a very long time. She lives in West Chester and buys/sells many houses all over Cincy/N Ky though she focuses primarily in the N. Suburbs that you mentioned being open to. I know she's even helped clients buy in C-bus.
