My mom mentioned she would like a north face jacket. I thought I would
take advantage of sales going on and buy her one for this upcoming
Christmas. However, I am overwhelmed! There are wind jackets, shells,
fleeces...aggh! Could you ladies recommend one or give me a clue as to
where to start?

Re: North Face Jackets...
When I worked in a shop that sold them the denali jacket was by far the best seller, for all ages.
I have a windwall & love it. I like it better than the denali b/c it's more fitted than the denali so I can wear it more easily under a heavier jacket.
I have two for different types of weather:
This one the Khumbu - i love for running errands, hanging around the house- i have it in grey/white

and this one for colder days- i like it because its really warm but a very light jacket

I have a denali jacket and love it. I have it in black, but it does pick up a lot of lent.
I also have two of the North Face Mossbuds and love them too. I wear them all the time... more so than my denali, but the mossbuds are more of a pull-over than a jacket.
