I've had a very mild case of it the past couple of months. Some of my IRL friends are spawning the cutest little kids I've ever seen. But I'm sure I'll change my tune if I had to watch them for over an hour.
If we can handle being homeowners, we'll get a dog.
If we do well with that, in a few years... baby time!

Mames, DH and I are trying to convince our best friends to trade us for an overnight, they can take our 6 month old pup, and we'll take our 6 month old god-daughter. But the mom is afraid she'll scare us out of having kids for a while! lol

Haha you ladies are so funny.
Seriously... I haven't spent a ton of time around babies before my little guy. I can't convince myself that I wouldn't have been scared out of being a mommy if I was given a baby or child to watch. Other people's kids freak me out. lol lol :-P

I have a mental checklist for kids. When I see cute pics of Jake then I mark yes but when I see a kid that is being a brat I mark no. M does a good job of curing me of the baby rabies by talking of vacations.

It definitely does in a way! It's so awesome how great he is with his little guy. It's so funny, whenever he's around him, he doesn't want to put him down. We'll put him in his little lamb seat when we are watching a movie or something, and it lasts about two minutes before Ryan decides that he wants him in his arms. lol He is so much more mellow now that his son is here, too.
Funny the effect babies have on their daddies sometimes!
