Meet my furbaby! (Recs wanted)
DH and I got a furbaby yesterday. He is an 8 wk old black Miniature Schnauzer. His name is Captain. The first night went surprisingly well. 
Now I am searching for Vet recs in the Pflugerville area. Anyone you love?
Any Groomer you like as well? He already needs a haircut!

I don't know what part of Pfluger you're in, but I used to go to Drake Pet Hospital for my kitty. It's just off 45 on Louis Henna, which is more like south Round Rock, but may still be convenient for you depending on your location. I really like Dr. Drake & all the vet techs there!

How cute!
We take our dog to Hometown Animal Care. They are on 685, just north of Pecan Street. We also board with them and have always had a great experience.

I had a terrible experience there. I took off work to take Dexter there for some shots and had to go back 3x that week becuase they kept "forgetting" to give him what he needed. His daycare wouldn't take him with out the correct shots for obvious reasons. I got so frustrated I took him to Austin Vet Care.
Oh no, that's not good! Sorry you had such a bad experience there. If you didn't pass along your bad experience directly to Dr. Drake, I definitely would recommend doing that so no one else has to go through what you did.
I've only dealt with them for my kitty, and haven't ever had an issue.

my vet that I adore is at Parmer/Mopac (sunbury vet clinic). Not pflugerville but close (kind of)
he is seriously cute!!!
When I lived up north, we loved Dessau Vet Clinic, on Dessau/Parmer! They have in house dog boarding too . . . with group play during the day.
He is such a cutie! We have a mini sch. too and he is great, so much energy and personality packed into a tiny little dog!
