I think we're putting our house on the market

I just talked to our realtor about possibly putting our house on the market. We've been in our home since 2005 so we're looking for something a little bigger and a 2 car garage. It's a great home for a first time buyer so our realtor wants us to put it up asap...like possibly by next week...

Thanks. We started cleaning out closets and stuff last week but it looks like we'll have a bunch more crap to possibly do this weekend. It's amazing the amount of crap you can accumulate.

ETA: The pre-putting it on the market stage is So.Much.Work. Do all the things on your to-do list before you list it though...the majority of our showings were in the first few weeks.
