if y'all buy a plane, he'll gladly fly it for you though! haha.

I know- I sooo wanna take flight lessons. DH doesn't get it, though. I think it's going to have to be a later in life thing. I WILL have my own airplane someday. Even if I have to build it myself.
well maybe by the time you're ready to learn we'll be back in austin.
but if you do decide to take lessons, one of E's old instructors still flight instructs on the side and he's great!
lol yea we haven't done any fly-ins cause we really can't afford to rent the plane... which sucks! but DH might get to go to Oshkosh and Sun & Fun this year though. i totally want to go!
DH *totally* wants to build a kit plane!
Sun & Fun!!! I never got to go but my mom always went. We lived in the northwest so we hung out up there.
I don't even know what they have around here. I'm sure when your DH gets more integrated and (hopefully!) builds a plane someday you can go to those- that whole community is just so much fun. It's such a different world, as I'm sure you're well aware.
:sigh: that's pretty awesome you married a pilot. I hope everything works out for him.
