Thanks, all. We just got internet connected at the new house today, and I am nest-less and facebook-less at work.
The oncologist's nurse called yesterday and said the biopsy was negative for lymphoma or any kind of cancer. This does not answer WTF is wrong with me, but it does eliminate the big C, which is a huge relief.
I'll have to give you all a big update on everything else that's been going on, maybe this weekend when I have some time and can get it all out. It's been one heckuva week!
