Poll: Shoes
I was just looking online at shoes. Not to buy, just to look. I freaking love shoes. Not sure why they make me so happy, but I got the sudden urge to make a poll about them...

Favorite brand? I'm not really brand loyal. If I like them I buy them. I do wear Nine West a lot b/c we have an outlet up here.
Favorite style? I love heals & espadrilles, but I wear flats a lot b/c of where I live.
Your favorite pair? Ummm. Lately I've been loving my snow boots b/c they are down filled & we've been having one hell of a winter. They aren't at all stylish, but very warm. Favorites that don't see a lot of wear are some red espadrilles that I've had for a few years now. They tie up my ankles and I always get a lot of compliments on them.
Anything else you'd like to add? My shoe collection is painfully practical since we moved up here. I don't often wish I lived in a city or somewhere with sidewalks and less hills, but when I pass a shoe display in the mall I do.
Favorite brand? I don't think I've ever looked at brands. I just buy what I like and what is comfortable.
Favorite style? I have all different styles. Just depends on what looks good with the outfit.
Your favorite pair? Right now its a pair of black ballet flats from JC Penneys. I wear them at least every other day. They are very comfortable.
Anything else you'd like to add? I'm just not a big 'shoe person'. DH probably has more than me. (Only becaue he gets a clothing allowance from work and can only buy so many shirts and ties, so he usually ends up with shoes)
Favorite brand? I used to *love* Manolos. I could never justify spending that much money on a pair of shoes right now... but I loved their style. I've noticed, lately, that they are becoming a bit whacky and I'm not really digging them as of late. I liked them better in their pre-SUPER expectations from SATC fans... back when they made pretty shoes and not shocking shoes.
As far as shoes that I can actually buy because they're not a bazillion dollars: I really enjoy the Carlos Santana shoe line. They're fun, but not bizarre.
Favorite style? Pumps or strappy sandals
Your favorite pair? I have a pair of black and silver strappy Rasollis that are really pretty. They were a Christmas present from my step dad and I *love* them.
Anything else you'd like to add? I have a friend who reminds me of Imelda Marcos. Not because she is buying shoes while her country starves, but just because of the large amount of shoes she owns. She has close to 200 pairs of shoes. It's seriously impressive.

Your favorite pair? Currently, it's a tie between a pair of patent red leather Tahari stilettos & my black Burberry ones.
Anything else you'd like to add? I love love love love love shoes. They're my favorite thng to shop for, 2nd only to purses.

Favorite style? Uhmmm....? Is "comfort" a style? I suppose wedge sandals.
Your favorite pair? Any of my sandals are pretty darned comfortable.
Anything else you'd like to add? My wide, high in-step feet are incredibly hard to fit, so I usually buy "wide" shoes. Not many super cute shoes come in wide widths, though I find Italian and Portuguese-made shoes tend to fit my footbed pretty well.

Anything else you'd like to add? i like buying cute shoes, but recently spent about $100 on new running shoes. i'm trying to get over the fact that 'cute' isn't the most important when buying something that is for function.
