Thanks again everyone. The emails, FB messages, and posts on my thread from Monday really meant more than you can know. I am glad I reached out.
I just wanted to share that we had our first appt yesterday and luckily the therapist was a great fit. We both liked him alot! So... phew.
I am not sure how this will all end, but I am optimistic and am willing to work for it. Pls keep us in your thoughts (and atheist prayers lol)

I have not followed your situation, but want to wish you well.
I do know that therapy can be HARD work. Things can feel worse as you work thru things - so hang in there! It does get better after that.
You are taking the right steps and it's great last night was a good fit.
Best of luck! I think that rooting for you guys is a new unity horse issue here.
