Day Light Savings

I just found out that DLS starts on Saturday night. Don't forget to set your clocks ahead one hour before you go to bed tomorrow. (BOO we lose an hour!)

Re: Day Light Savings

  • I will gladly give up an hour of sleep for more daylight :)
  • I had totally forgot about it too until I heard it on the radio this morning!!

I would love to have more daylight, but getting up Monday for work after we spring ahead is always rough!

  • We have enough daylight...you can take some of ours. It's already starting to get light at about 5:30am, and now DLS will make it 4:30. Crying Plus I have to work on Sunday morning, which means I lose an hour of sleep. *pouting*

no, this will mean it won't get light until 6:30am and then you get more daylight in the afternoon/evening. I will be happy to have some daylight after work, but I will miss not having light while waiting for the train until the daylight extends a bit longer :)

  • I have to work on Sunday too, not looking forward to losing an hour!

I'll enjoy the longer sunlight in the evening though.

  • Wouldn't it be so much better if they decided to do this on a Friday afternoon instead of a Sunday morning?  My short weekend just got shorter.

  • Boooo! It's finally light out when I wake up in the morning, now its going to be dark again.  Makes it so much more difficult to get out of bed in the morning!
  • i love getting the extra hour of daylight after work!!
