I'd say not teen. It looks like something an adult would give a young teen thinking it's something a teen girl would like, but not really. How do I know this? I got so much of this jewelery as a young teen from my mom, grandma and aunts. It all went unworn.
So, I'd say the age is adult woman, probably older adult woman. JMO.
