I haven't been here in forever. Hopefully someone recognizes me so I don't look like the odd girl out that has no one to sit with during lunch so
Re: what's up HI ladies!
Hi! I'm relatively new, and predominantly a lurker, but I love reading, learning, and most of all laughing at the topics on this board. The girls all seem great, and super friendly.
Welcome back
Hey Kalani! what's new??
You can learn a lot lurking on this board, after all we invented FLB Fridays!
the little monsters in the book challenge crack me up, too cute.
Things are going, in May it will be 5 years that we're married. We're having a rough patch right now but in counseling to work towards fixing it. Seriously ladies, my best advice is when there is a problem speak up! Counseling has been a huge help for us.
I've missed you and your sense of humor! You are too funny!
Our 5th anny is in June! Amazing! We are doing well. We desperately want to move, but are still waiting to get into a Hawaiian Homestead.
I'm glad that you and your husband are working together on your marriage.
Do you stay in touch w/ the other Nesties that were around originally? I really miss them and often wonder how they are. I didn't communicate w/ them off of the boards, just a few from time to time. But I think we were a pretty tight knit group. So it feels like I lost touch w/ friends.
What's a Hawaiin Homestead?
I have a friend that is stationed in Hawaii as an MP, he was complaining about the rain and I told him that's illegal to do when you live in Hawaii, sorry bub.
I talk to some on facebook, there is a group on there for us old folks. I understand what you mean, there are times when I want to talk to someone and find myself wishing for the days of old!

Jamie I love when you post the baby pix, she is a doll. I don't know how you cook and take care of a baby and work. I can barely take care of myself some days lol The counseling really made a huge difference for me, he originally didn't want to go so I started going by myself. good luck!
mrsNJ I'm good how about you??
Ditto on this about Jaime!
I'm just tired. I thought I was tired before, now it's a constant state that's beyond what I imagined! Other than that, I'm good. I think about you everytime we watch NASCAR, lol. Sorry to hear you are going through a rough patch, but I'm glad the counseling is helping!
It's land that's set aside for Native Hawaiians. Hawaiian land was taken when the Kingdom of HI was overthrown, so it's a measure to return it back to its rightful owners/inhabitants of the nation.

I remember you! But I'm mostly a lurker, so I don't know if you'll recognize me.
I'm glad to hear that counseling has been helpful. DH and I decided before we got married that if either of us thought we needed counseling, then the other would agree, no questions asked. It's nice to have that safety net.
